What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Visitors who submit comments or questions have some personal information collected, including their name and contact information.  Also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string is collected to help spam detection.  You can request a copy of the data we have by submitting a request using the Contact Form.

Contact forms
If you complete a contact form on our website, the data collected may include name, organization, email, and any additional comments you provide.  If you complete a contact form, you may opt-in to receive sales and marketing communications from Little Prompter.

If you leave a comment on our site you are also opting-in to receive our sales and marketing communications.

Orders Through PayPal

Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in the PayPal [privacy_policy].

Your personal data will also be retained by Little Prompter for a limited period of time and may be used to notify you of product updates and marketing.  Your information will never be sold to thirty parties who aren’t directly affiliated with Little Prompter, LLC.

We collect and occassionally to send our own marketing emails through our internet provider (Google).  Data collected through our forms is stored in their system.

We do not deliver third party online advertisements on our Site, but we may advertise our services on others’ web sites. You should familiarize yourself with those web site privacy policies/statements to understand their privacy practices.

We may disclose Information to any successor-in-interest of ours, such as, but not limited to, a company that acquires us.

If you have left comments through our form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Children’s Privacy
Our Site and services are not intended for users younger than 13 years of age.  Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any PII from children that we know are under 13 years of age.  In addition, we will delete any Information in our database that we know originates from a child under the age of 13.
